Product Overview:
Stickies control enzyme is a compound of xylanase, lipase, pectinase and other enzyme preparations, which can significantly reduce the stickies deposition produced in the waste paper pulping process, thereby improving the operation efficiency of the paper machine and improving product quality.
How It Works:
Adhesive control enzymes can effectively hydrolyze acetate acrylate, synthetic rubber and other glues into water-soluble low-molecular substances, and can wrap and emulsify fine particle adhesives and hydrolyzed substances, so that the fine particle adhesives are stable in the system and do not aggregate into large particles, and then adsorbed on the fibers and taken out of the system.
key features:
- Reducing stickies in paper machines, reduce paper breaks in paper machines and rewinders caused by stickies;
- Reducing paper defects such as stains and holes caused by stickies;
- Reduing the cleaning intensity of blankets and dryer fabrics, extend their service life
- Improving paper machine operating efficiency and reduce overall production costs.
Application Instructions:
It can be added to the pulp tower after crushing or the pulp storage tower before sizing on the paper machine. It can be added in batches or continuously according to the pulping method. The addition amount is 100-200g/T (based on absolute dry pulp), the action temperature is 35-65℃, the action pH is 6.0-10.0, and the reaction time is 45-90 minutes.
Safety Information:
As enzymes are protein-based substances, they may cause allergic reactions if inhaled by sensitive individuals. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear protective masks when handling the product. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. After opening, reseal the bag or container tightly to prevent the deactivation of active enzyme components.
