Product introduction
Compound enzyme preparation (lipase (esterification type)), also known as esterification enzyme, is a compound of lipase and soluble dextrin. It is mainly used in the production of aromatic esters in the process of liquor production, and can effectively improve the yield of strong-flavor liquor.
How It Works:
The main aromatic substance of strong-flavor liquor is ethyl hexanoate. The content of ethyl hexanoate in three-stage liquor is relatively low, so the quality of three-stage liquor is relatively low. By adding caproic acid and esterification enzyme to three-stage liquor, esterification enzyme can catalyze the esterification reaction between caproic acid and ethanol in the liquor to generate a large amount of ethyl hexanoate, thereby improving the quality of the liquor.
Key Features:
1. This product does not need to be adjusted to a specific pH, and can react normally under acidic conditions (as low as pH3.2). It is easy to operate and does not require heating and temperature control.
2. This product is a food-grade product, safe, green and pollution-free.
Application Instructions: Take the third stage of wine, adjust the alcohol content to 35%~50%, add 2% of the biological fermentation caproic acid or yellow water of the third stage of wine
Packaging & Storage:
Available in 1kg/bag and 25kg/bag.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. When stored below 25°C, the product has a shelf life of 12 months. Some enzyme activity may remain after this period if stored under uncontaminated conditions. Adjust dosage accordingly if used past the expiration date.
