How It Works:

It can effectively decompose pectin, cellulose, xylan and other components in fruits, and is mainly used to improve the yield of wine in the early stage of fruit wine brewing and to improve the yield and clarity of wine during the fruit wine brewing process. It can decompose the cellulose in fruits, improve the juice yield and clarity of fruit wine; it can destroy the plant cell wall by degrading the hemicellulose in the raw materials, so that the cell contents can be fully released; it can degrade the polysaccharide chain in pectin, thereby reducing viscosity, increasing filtration speed, improving clarity, increasing juice yield, preventing the gelation of fruit puree and concentrated juice, and enhancing the color of grape juice; it can shorten the fermentation time, help fruit wine filtration and improve wine quality.

Application Instructions:

For every kilogram of fruit wine complex enzyme, add 5-10 kilograms of 30℃-45℃ warm water to dilute it, then pour it into the original pulp tank and stir evenly. The recommended addition amount is 0.5~3kg/ton of raw materials.
