Product Overview:
This product is refined by deep liquid fermentation of fungal strains. Catalase can effectively decompose hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide) into oxygen and water. It only works on hydrogen peroxide. It is widely used in disinfection, sterilization, bleaching, and hydrogen peroxide produced or residual after processing.
How It Works:
(1) H2O2 + Fe(III)-E → H2O + O=Fe(IV)-E(.+); (2) H2O2 + O=Fe(IV)-E(.+) → H2O + Fe(III)-E + O2; Fe(IV)=O reacts with the first hydrogen peroxide molecule to reform Fe(III)-E and generate water molecules and oxygen.
Key Features:
- Working temperature: Suitable temperature 40℃-55℃, effective temperature 20℃-55℃
- Action pH: Suitable pH 6.0-9.0, Effective pH 5.0-10.0
Application Instructions:
Due to differences in application areas and raw material composition and process parameters in each factory, the actual addition method and amount of this product should be determined through experiments.
Safety Information:
As enzymes are protein-based substances, they may cause allergic reactions if inhaled by sensitive individuals. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear protective masks when handling the product. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. After opening, reseal the bag or container tightly to prevent the deactivation of active enzyme components.
