Product Overview:
This product is refined by deep liquid fermentation of selected strains. It can catalyze protein hydrolysis under low pH conditions, act on the amide bonds in protein molecules, and hydrolyze proteins into polypeptides and amino acids. This product is a solid product with good temperature resistance and good enzyme activity under low pH conditions. This product can be widely used in animal and plant protein processing, alcohol production, brewing industry, etc.
How It Works:
Acidic proteases belong to the class of hydrolases. They can cleave peptide bonds composed of various amino acids, preferentially cleaving peptide bonds between aromatic or hydrophobic amino acid residues at both ends. The products are small peptides and amino acids.

Application Instructions:
The general recommended dosage is 0.01-1kg enzyme preparation per ton of raw materials. However, due to differences in application areas and raw material composition and process parameters in each factory, the actual addition method and dosage of this product should be determined through experiments.

As enzymes are protein-based substances, they may cause allergic reactions if inhaled by sensitive individuals. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear protective masks when handling the product. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. After opening, reseal the bag or container tightly to prevent the deactivation of active enzyme components.
