Water Filter Enzyme

Product Overview:

Water-filtering enzyme is a biological enzyme compound preparation specially used for secondary fiber pulp. It can significantly increase the water-filtering rate of pulp by pre-treating waste paper pulp before papermaking. It is particularly suitable for papermaking packaging paper on waste paper pulp high-speed paper machines.

How It Works:

Water-draining enzymes can selectively degrade water-soluble colloidal substances and some useless fine fibers in the pulp. Waste paper pulp contains a large amount of water-soluble colloidal substances and some useless fine fibers, which limit the removal of bound water during free water filtration and pressing. Removing water-soluble colloidal substances and some fine fibers can improve the water filtration of the pulp, improve the air permeability of the paper sheet, promote the removal of bound water, and reduce the steam consumption in the drying section.

Application Instructions:

It can be added to the pulp tower after crushing or the pulp storage tower before sizing on the paper machine. It can be added in batches or continuously according to the pulping method. The addition amount is 100-200g/T (based on absolute dry pulp), the action temperature is 35-65℃, the action pH is 6.0-10.0, and the reaction time is 45-90 minutes.

Safety Information:

As enzymes are protein-based substances, they may cause allergic reactions if inhaled by sensitive individuals. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear protective masks when handling the product. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. After opening, reseal the bag or container tightly to prevent the deactivation of active enzyme components.
