Product Overview:
Wood chip treatment enzyme is specially used for pretreatment of wood chips, which helps to promote the water absorption and swelling of fibers and the degree of fine fiberization during pulping. Wood chips are easier to separate and the power consumption of pulping is significantly reduced. At the same time, it also has a certain effect on resin control.
How It Works:
Treating wood chips with wood chip treatment enzymes can activate the fibers, loosen the fiber structure, and promote the fiber’s water absorption and swelling. In addition, the wood chip treatment enzyme acts on the P layer and S1 layer of the fiber cell wall, which will reduce the fiber cohesion, separate the S1 layer and S2 layer of the fiber cell wall, and make the internal structure of the fiber cell wall looser and softer. Wood chips are easy to separate during pulping, and the energy consumption of pulping is reduced, saving electricity.

Application Instructions:
It can be added to the wood chip washing tank or sprayed directly onto the wood chips, added in batches or continuously, with an addition amount of 100-300g/T (based on absolute dry pulp), action temperature: 35-65℃, action pH: 6.0-10.0, and reaction time 45-90 minutes.
Safety Information:
As enzymes are protein-based substances, they may cause allergic reactions if inhaled by sensitive individuals. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear protective masks when handling the product. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. After opening, reseal the bag or container tightly to prevent the deactivation of active enzyme components.
